John!! I have some good news, I saw the doctor last night and my scan showed amazing success. The tumour has shrunk from 8.6cm x 8.2cm And it's now down to 5.2cm x 4.1cm. Another was 3.2 and now down to 2.2. Lots of other smaller ones have stayed stable and not gotten bigger. He said I've done so amazing with the weight loss that he does not want to proceed with surgery and to carry on and push on and scan me again in 3 months and hopefully it will have shrunk even more. We are so happy and I feel so proud! Ready to carry on and feeling so motivated to lose even more.

I am really happy with John and my training so far. He is really into it! He positively influences lazy people like me, always changes the exercises to make them interesting so you never get bored and tries to work with your psychology in order for you to believe there is way of fighting back with pains and weak muscles. I admit I have found some sessions challenging but this is the purpose, I believe. Otherwise you are just fed up by simply going to the gym and wondering on your own without any results. Thanks to him I have also understood the importance of stretching which is equally important to the exercise itself. He is also very attentive on setting up properly the sessions contacting you timely, following you up the day after and really putting his energy in looking you after you with whatever comes to your mind(like today) All this is coming from a guy who has never enjoyed gym even if I do like sport activities, running and swimming so I do hope that my commitment to the training will persist. John changed my life. He is one of the most hardworking, sincere and lovely persons I have ever met. He rehabilitated me after spinal surgery building amazing strength and becoming healthier than I ever have been in my life. When I first met John I didn't know to train, I was scared of doing damage, but he made a long term plan which ended with me comfortably deadlifting more than my body weight. He pushed me at every step making sure I was making constant progress, always making it fun with something new. If I struggled, John went out of his way to adapt something specifically for me. This guy's energy is so high it lifts everyone around him, he always gets the best out of you. I trained with this guy for two years and the fact that he's such an amazing person just made everything so easy. I consider him a great friend and anybody would be lucky to train with him.
